Abstract

This paper presents an analysis for M/M/2/N queue with heterogeneity, and two general different balk functions. By using the hyper geometric function, the given model will be discussed. Some measures of effectiveness are deduced. Also, some special cases in the given model are obtained. In fact this paper is a continuation and more generalization to the works done by many researchers such as Abou-El-Ata[1,2,3], Singh[12], Krishnamorthi [6] and others.
