Abstract

Organizations to survive and thrive in the modern world is full of mystery and competitive changes, speed, complexity and uncertainty, its main characteristic is the need to adopt and implement effective strategies and continuous improvement of performance. The major objectives and strategy through design, planning and implementation and subsequent monitoring and evaluation of performance is achieved. Population studied in this research, managers, experts and customers is the railway Khorasan. This research method derived from field data collected by questionnaire from a sample consisting of 268 persons have been. Addition to the analysis of research data using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to test hypotheses. Results of this study indicate that the internal processes, information technology and customer-rail performance is above average and the financial Khorasan and grow and learn is below average.
