• A FIXED POINT THEOREM ON COMPACT METRIC SPACES
Abstract
In the present paper, we prove a fixed point theorem for pairs of mappings on compact metric spaces by assuming all of given mappings are continuous. Our main theorem generalize and extend the results announced in the literature.
