• STATISTICAL SAMPLING DESIGN IN QUALITY CONTROL PROCESSES FOR QUEUEING SYSTEMS OF UNITS IN DIFFERENT INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
This paper deals with the study and analysis of the theoretical and applied aspects of the problem and uses statistical sampling in quality control processes on single channel Markovian system adding the concept of balking under steady-stat conditions and how they apply to different institution. The estimates of the parameters for the system with balking using modified maximum likelihood function are derived. The confidence intervals, the confidence bands and control charts of the probabilities and measures of effectiveness for the system were drawn.
