Abstract


Complex system are characterised by large number of components and complicated components and their dependencies between component states. These measures of complexities render the computation of system reliability and challenging task further failures and errors make more completed to describe, together with series-parallel systems. In this paper it is proposed for 3-unit series parallel system the nature of reliability proposed a better model for common cause and human error failures by three-unit series-parallel system.
