• SOME EXAMPLES ON TWO-DIMENSIONAL FRACTIONAL SINE TRANSFORM IN THE RANGE (-∞,∞)
Abstract
The fractional cosine and sine transform, which is a generalization of the cosine and sine transform, has many applications in several areas, including signal processing and optics. The fractional cosine and sine transform closely related to the fractional Fourier transform which is now actively used in optics and signal processing. It is widely used in image processing especially for compression.
