• Applications of **gα-closed sets in Topological Spaces

Abstract

We introduce a new class of sets namely ^**gα-closed sets in topological spaces and derive the properties of ^**gα -closed sets. Also we find the relationship between ^**gα-closed sets and  other existing sets. Moreover with the help of these sets, we introduce four new spaces namely, _αT_1/2^*** spaces, T_c^*** spaces, _αT_c^*** spaces,^*_αT_1/2^** spaces and derived its properties.
