• COMMON FIXED POINTS IN 2-METRIC SPACES
Abstract
The intent of this paper is to establish the common fixed point theorems through semi-compatibility in 2 metric spaces for six self maps. In our theorems the completeness of the space X and the continuity of maps is replaced with a set of four alternative conditions for functions satisfying implicit relations. Our theorem extend and improve the results of M. Alamgir Khan, Sumitra and Ranjeth Kumar [8], which is an extension of the results of B. Singh and, S. Jain [1, 2, 3, 4] and Urmila Mishra et.al. [14] in the settings of 2-metric space.
