• EFFECT OF SUCTION ON MHD FLOW OF VISCO-ELASTIC FLUID THROUGH POROUS MEDIUM WITH TRANSPIRATION

Abstract


In this chapter we analyse the effect of suction on unsteady flow of a Rivlin-Ericksen fluid through porous medium in presence of a uniform magnetic field. Expression for velocity, temperature, concentration distribution are obtained, then the effect of  Grashof number Gr, Hartmann parameter M, porosity parameter K, Suction velocity vo are discussed on the velocity profile and shown graphically. The effect of vo on temperature and concentration are discussed and presented graphically.
