• A SIMILARITY SOLUTION FOR LAMINAR BOUNDARY LAYER FLOW OF A POWER-LAW FLUID ON A MOVING FLAT PLATE IN THE PRESENCE OF TRANSVERSE MAGNETIC FIELD
Abstract
This paper considers the problem of laminar boundary layer flow of a power-law fluid on a moving flat plate in the presence of transverse magnetic field. The governing boundary layer equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations using similarity transformation which are than solved using Mapal software. The effects of various parameters are presented and discussed.
